Winter tire options
So I know this has been talked about a lot but here's my question.
I have two options for the OEM staggered rims
TOYO observer G3 ICE made for staggered rims but $1000 all in
Or
SAILUN ICE BLAZER WSL 2
225/45/17 the rears would be stretched a bit but they cost $650 all in
What would you guys do?

sailun claims they're tier 3 tires but are just as good as tier 2s and possibly a few tier 1s. (i guess i'll find out in a few weeks)
down here in ottawa they'll run me $550 (install included)

lol i'm literally in the same situation as you. i'm thinking of going with the sailuns. my friend who has em says they're pretty good on snow and ice and above average when it's dry. he's had em for 2 seasons now and there's still got a good amount of tread. (they're also surprisingly really quiet)

i think ill save $50 doing install my self but I think im going to go with the Sailun's even though there going to be 225 45 17 all around a little stretch won't kill anyone lol. their a middle rated tire, i have one more summer left before i need new Michelins so ill spend more money on those.
