Command control
Good morning all
My command control was not spinning, so I have replaced the internal shaft.
BUT when I removed the unit I inadvertently split the ribbon cable so cut them all and attached a small extension inbetween the 2 ends of the ribbon cable. It worked but the knob would not push down and spring back up correctly so after much messing and taking apart it seemed to work okayish plugged back in and now neither the command knob nor the buttons on the unit work.
checked fuse 26 and all okay, replaced just to be on the safe side but still nothing.
bought another unit from a breakers and that’s the same no input at all.... fuse 26 is still okay....
so now I’m lost any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
