cold vibration
In neutral reving engine it's very smooth, no issue. When geting on it and bringing rpm's up even warm it will have a different vibration like the engine balance or torque converter is off but only at kigher rpms so don't know if there is any coralation.
Again as it warms up it gets much much better where no one would notice....but cold... really bad.
I work at a dealer so inspecting everything on the lift before and after the dealer shows nothing.
Any help would be great....thanks !

I advise that someone sits in the car and then have the car lifted and Drive engaged while the mechanic(s) inspect from below the source of the vibration. This should help you narrow it down better no?
We drove today and it was not that bad. It is strange how it will change but it is for sure temperature related as far as how severe it is.
Fluid level right on the money. I am a transmission rebuilder by trade and work at a dealer. I have rebuilt hundreds and hundreds of transmissions in my life time and fluid condition is a main cause of transmission failures.

I changed the transmission fluid and filter and also got new tires but neither had any effect. I'm pondering what to do next- probably motor mounts or flex discs or both. Does anyone have any ideas of what could be causing this or other things to try?
Thanks!
