P2004 - secondary air pump - bad smell when accelerating

P2004 - secondary air pump - bad smell when accelerating
Error Code P2004

Recently my check engine light is on ..... Doing diagnosis and appears error code P2004.
I checked the intake manifold plastic arm and it wasn't broken.
Also I have a problem with the electronic secondary air pump, it is noisy at the startups plus, also I have bad smell inside the cabin when hard acceleration.

Do all these things are related to one issue? ..... Anyone experienced the problems i have ..... Help please.
