Renault Laguna
C class 180 CGI
I have never been driving a Mercedes car. Now I am thinking of buying C class 180 CGI Classic (automatic transmission) year 2010. with 100 000 miles. What do you think about it? Is there any common problem known for that model?
How about maintenance expenses? Should I expect significantly higher expenses than for my current Renault Laguna from 2014?

Thanks for the answer. I searched a bit and it seemed to be some problems with the timing chain. Is that still relevant for 2010. model? I guess I should replace the chain if I decide to buy the car.
How about automatic transmission? Does it seem to be reliable for high mileage on this model?

The automatic transmissions are good.
Recommendable is a transmission oil change every 40,000 miles.
