The passenger front door lock does not respond to the remote.When activated there is absolutely no response.I have to manually open the door every time I am letting in someone. What can be the problem here? Thanks, and hope this could be a DIY fix.

Have you tried hitting unlock twice in a row? That's how mines set up. I think you can change it but don't know the steps off hand.

Tried as you suggested, does not work. I tried on the remote and also on the lock itself....no response; I tried it with and without the car started,same result.Strangely the said door lock closes and open all the other doors except its own.Ahhhhhhhhh.....Thanks, still hoping for a diy fix.
