Hello. Any ideas?
on cold mornings the car has slow acceleration and hard shifts, accels when lifting off accelerator, but as soon as it is warm everything is fine
no error codes or CEL

I get this in the winter some times. Try resetting the TCU/ECU while the car is cold. You can search here or google, you just push down the gas pedal, and follow the directions, pretty easy to do in under 5 minutes. If it's still hard shifting, I'd have someone look at it sooner rather than later.
