Missing Navi menu in COMAND
Hi guys. I bought my MB W204 C300 almost a year ago and I noticed that I’m missing the Navi menu in my COMAND. It’s annoying to see that everyone does have it and I don't. It’s a facelift version of W204 and was built in 2012. I believe it’s NTG 4.5 but it doesn't have an SD slot which is very confusing, because I have seen many photos of it where it must include this slot. Can anyone help me with this issue? I have never changed any settings of it and I can’t find any solution on the internet too.

There is no map in it. Even video menu and the globe icon are missing. When I enter the engineering menu system looks completely different from ones that I can find on the internet. The system says it’s 2010 version but I’m curious if the system can be older than the car itself.

Like someone said you have the Audio 20 and not Command. Have you ever seen that globe icon in the past or were you told when you bought the car it had navigation?
If you look online there are sites where you can put in your VIN and it will tell you the options that came on your car or a dealer could tell you that as well.

No as i said it never had in my hands. I have an option to choose audio input to SD card that makes me think that it should have. As i mentioned earlier my system is older than car itself. I will try to update it and see what will change.
