My Wide Bodykit Installation - C300 sedan
Quick background: I've had the same look for my car for a few years now and really wanted a change. I've always been a big fan of the widebody look, so I knew I wanted to go widebody at some point. I didn't want to do the typical C63 widebody because it was relatively common and in the tuning scene, it wouldn't stand out very much. A while back, Liberty Walk made a wide bodykit for the C63 models and I really liked it. Only problem was, it was ridiculously expensive and was not made for the regular C-class models. As I was searching for widebody options and ideas, I came upon some 3D rendering that this guy from Russia made of a widebody kit for the regular sedan models. His name was Tlibekua , and I reached out to him and asked if anybody was going to use his designs to make a kit. As luck would have it, these Russian guys (Body Customs Pro) were already in the process of using his design to make a kit. Immediately I hit them up and got on the waiting list. As soon as the first kit was available for shipping, I bought it right away. When it came, it pretty much sat in storage for over a year before I was ready to hack up my car and get started. Anyways, the day has come and I am ready to start the bodykit install. I will document my progress on this thread for you guys to see.
This is what the 3D rendering looked like:

The kit comes with 11 pieces, the only piece i didn't want was the duck spoiler (it wasn't my style, I just preferred the stock AMG spoiler on mines better). One piece on the front bumper, one for the fender, a sideskirt that goes over your stock side skirts, and piece for the rear door and a piece for the quarter panel:

The quality and fitment of the kit was very good. The one thing I didn't like is that it's not as thick as some of the high quality kits, but definitely better quality than a VIS kit. The main thing I didn't like about the kit is the amount of rivet holes that it had. It had way too many holes for rivets, and there are divots designed into the kit for the rivets. The divots were circular, unlike the half circles like the Rocket Bunny or LibertyWalk kits, so it doesn't look as good. So when you install this kit, the amount of rivets you see on it makes it a bit of an eyesore imo.

On my first test fit, everything looks to fit very well except the side skirts for some reason. Then I quickly realized that I had it on the wrong side

Once I flipped the side skirts around and everything made sense, I was lucky to realize that I kept my stock side skirts because I needed it to mount the new sideskirts over them.

One sad thing about this kit is that I have to totally ditch my Carbon Fiber front lip and Sideskirts. Both would require some heavy modifications to make work with this kit and would not be worth the effort. Which means, look out for some used parts for sale soon. Next up, I am going to drill small holes to start fitting the kit on the car and use these awesome Cleco Fasteners to hold them in place. I plan on panel bonding the kit to the car and keep it clean without any rivets, so I'll have to fill in all the divots on the kit.
If you're not familiar with the cleco fasteners, watch a quick video on them, they're pretty awesome:

I knew you would eventually pull the trigger on this Romeo! Looks good!
I don't think I have you on instagram but there is a member who has already installed this kit as well, if you need some of their help...
you can find me on there @300konig and I can PM
Also just read you will be smoothing out the rivets [no rivets] I was going to say you should go that route!
Are you going to put spacers on your wheels for now? Be careful when you cut the fenders! This kit has a lot more \
bodywork than the average one it seems (ex. attaching sideskirts)

Thank you dude! Are you talking about WannabeC63? I've been in contacted with another user that is installing the kit as well. I am installing mines completely different from everybody else though, since I am not going to use rivets. Cutting the fender part will have to be based on my stance after I re-lip my wheels wider. I am not doing any crazy negative camber, gonna keep it drivable at least. The big challenge for me will be designing a custom Carbon Fiber splitter for the front and side skirts. It's going to be a lot of work, but should be totally unique when I am done.

Since the kit didn't come with vents like the rendering showed, I had to do some cutting:
I used my "dremel" tool for all the straight cuts and a coping saw for cutting the curves and the corners:
The vent cut for the fender piece was trickier because it has this additional lip you have to work around:

I didn't want to lose my cool side markers, so I have to mod the kit to make sure I can still run the side markers. Time to do some measuring and cutting.

Got around to drilling holes and mounting the kit on properly. I am using Cleco rivets so I can easily remove it. Now I need to figure out how to cut my Carbon Fiber lip to work with the wider kit.

I trimmed up the lip, going to fiberglass the extension needed. The plan will be to use some expander foam to get the mold and then shape it the way I need, and then lay the fiberglass on that.

Yeah, been kinda bummed and wished I was further along, I sent out the wheels to be rebuilt in December and have been waiting on it ever since. The lips needed was on back-ordered and they weren't available until late March. Should be getting wheels back this week and then I can finish up the fitment, then I can bond the kit to the body and start prepping it for paint. So, still lots more to do, but targeting summer time for completion.

Keep in mind that metal and plastic/fiberglass/etc will expand and contract at different rates. If you live in an area with shifting temps, you may experience cracking at the seams. Look for seam sealer that doesn't set rigid, and that can handle shift in temps.
