Question What is the optimal PSI for the cooling system?

Hello guys,

I'm trying to do a pressure test to find if there is a coolant leak or if the cap is not good anymore. I've already got the testing kit, but I couldn't find the max psi of the cooling system on the expansion tank's cap or in the car's manual. I found a person doing the same thing on YouTube, but I want to make sure it's the correct psi(link below). Does anyone know what the optimal psi of the cooling system is(post the source if possible). Thank you.

Engine: M271 Evo.
Model: 2014 C250 sedan sport

Video on the how to do it:

P.S I'll be making a post on how to do a pressure test when this is over.
