After air bag removal, air bag plus ESP not workig?

Have removed steering wheel and air bag (both not necessary) after removing electricity as part of column removal and now get the following errors:

1 ESP not working
2 RH (driver's) air bag not working
3 Run-flat indicator not working, but there is a work around for it in the user manual
4 Worse, the steering wheel had to be attached 180 deg. as otherwise the plastic parts of the turn indicator would lock the wheel?
Help!
Voltage at rest is 12.25V and charging at 13.9V. Deleting the errors with an iCarsoft MB2 diagnostic does not help either. Help!

Did the errors come up at first start of the car or after a drive?
When you replaced the column, did the shaft slide in or did you have to force it?
You might find that the ESP will be from the steering angle sensor needing to be re calibrated, the Drivers airbag could be from damaged clock spring or damaged connector.
To me it sounds like you have forced the column in 180 deg out on the lower shaft, the column is only meant to go in 1 way for all the components to line up, and the column shroud when removed should not be rotated as it only has a number of turns each way on the clock spring, did you rotate the indicator mech on the shroud when you went to line it up with the steering wheel ?
It could be that because your column is 180 deg out that your steering angle sensor is picking it up hence the ESP light, the airbag light could be from when you went to your first full lock that you have damaged the clock spring from being 180 deg too far to 1 side.

The column needs to be removed and replaced in the right position, clock spring replaced and steering angle sensor re calibrated.

Thanks Practical Joker and fellow South-East Asian,
Errors came up straight away after starting from memory. What happened was I first managed to disengage the column at the universal, but then finding the spline did not go in as easy as it should despite matching the two parts correctly, I panicked and pulled the lower part of the column out also and that way mismatched the whole show. Perhaps the mistake was not taking out the bolt at the universal locking. Had to hammer in the spline as it only went in easily the first 6mm or so. That way I managed to mess up the positions and will have to pull the column up again and turn it 180 deg. Messed up the clock spring also. Thanks for help.
