ESL motor failure, new motor not running
I have the ESL motor failure, after took the old ESL box out, opened cover and replaced the new motor. I tried to test it. After I plug the key, the ESL has no action, no sound, nothing happened. It was in a unlocked position. I suspected the power connector if was is providing enough voltage. I tested the voltage using multi-meter, a diagram attached. Between 2 red wire and brown ground wire, both reads 0.6V. Between K-LINE and brown ground, it reads -4.5V. Isn't the red wire and brown wire should read 12V? Is that voltage the reason my ESL box is not moving?
