Upgrade Command From 4 NTG to 4.5 NTG - 2009 C350

I have 2009 C350 with head unit of 4 NTG and the associated peeling, no bluetooth, and well slow drive.

As you can see the wires are different. The LVDS to the small LCD screen is going to be an issue.

Has anyone performed this upgrade? I'm like to know what cable they used and what obstacles lie ahead.

Few years later, have you attempted this upgrade?

I haven't seen much on whether it is possible or not. Just came across this post looking for the same thing. The NTG4.5 Head Unit seems to have much better aftermarket options over the NTG4.0 so I was also hoping to do the upgrade.
