May be something simple like a seal. Or purge valve, maf sensor/maf sensor seal, injectors.
Rich and/or lean conditions are caused by a number of circumstances and a number of components. With any system, there is a sequence and a ripple affect from one component to another. Knowing the components in each system that are giving you issues are a must, as well as each components role in said system. Don't just trust that because a code says there's a problem with "component A" that "component A" is actually the problem. "Component A" can give bad data because "Components B & C" aren't playing nice.
What type of injector cleaner did you run? Did you use specified MAF cleaner? At the very least, is the air filter box seated properly and are all seals from air box to MAF, and MAF down to throttle body good? (2 seals on the MAF elbow). I bring this up because everything we touch regardless of good intentions is a potential new problem if something goes astray upon reinstall. That something can be a lot of things....sometimes it's as simple as a new "bad" part.
Checked for vacuum leaks? You know the history of your car best. There is a lot to go through with issues like this. Running rich or lean is one thing, but your secondary list of issues is another. Especially if they didn't exist beforehand. Benz codes, live data, and review your work to start.
