W204 C300 2011 Sport Water Leak
Model: C300 2011 W204 - Sport Edition
Issue: Water leak by foot rest of driver side. Leak is falling on left foot rest.
Request: Use video as reference to identify component(s) that could be causing drip. (video is just under 2 minutes long)
Educated guess: Either worn out element of cowl vent or wiper blade mechanism. I say this based on the key part of the video were drops are forming where it is not expected. I don't have the name for the object the water drops are landing on inside the hood.
If anyone can help me isolate the components I could do some shopping to mend the issue. Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time see the clip.

Update
- I shared the same video to a mechanic friend. He happen to have another W204 in the shop. He popped the hood, took a hose and poured water the same way I did. The result was interesting. Water certainly flowed from the cowl vent down the drain pipe - but - it did not drip onto the black object below it like it does on my video.
- We checked the other usual suspects including sunroof vent, pillars, passenger side vents, etc. NTF.

I had a similar issue with my cowl. It separated from the windshield towards the middle and allowed water to seep down through the firewall onto my drivers floor. I fixed it by sealing the cowl and the windshield with some silicone sealant. Havent had the issue since
