Anyone running 235/275 tyres?

Hey all,

Im getting a new set of wheels that will be 19x8 +44 Fronts, 19x9 +48 Rears.

I know most people seem to go with 235/35/19 + 265/30/19 ... OR... 245/35/19 + 275/30/19

But i am thinking about going with 235/35/19 and 275/30/19 - Mainly because i can easily get the tyres i want in these sizes here in Australia (Hankook S1 Evo3). Its proving difficult to source 235/265 pairs in Australia at a reasonable price, Conti SportContact6 being the only real local option but +$350 over Hankooks. I could also go with 245/275, but not sure if 245 on a 19x8 wheel is a good idea? was told to stick with 225/235 on a 8" wheel.

Any feedback would be much appreciated, thanks!

btw my car is a C250 Coupe with stock sport suspension

I run Conti SportContcat3 - 235/35/18 (F) and 265/35/18 (R) on C63 rims on my C300. No issues with rubbing or clearances

He is talking about 19-inch wheels, not 18-inch wheels

Hello!

I also have a C-Coupe; 2012 C350. For my setup, I run 245/35/19 Front, 275/30/19 Rear; I have run this setup for over a year, lowered with a set of Bilstein B14 Coilovers and have had no issues at all rubbing at any corner. You should be perfectly fine to run your desired setup without any issue.
