what is this part
Hi everyone,

Hope I can get help here - what is the part in the image? This was hanging near the rear left wheel, and part of it rubbed off/ got destroyed by getting stuck in the moving wheel. I need to replace it but don't know what it's called, so I could order it. Thank you!
