Replace 4 button wheel with 12

About to receive a C200d 2012 W204, very excited !
I wanted to replace the steering wheel, or at least replace the steering wheel trim from 4 button to 12 button.
I had 2 questions:
1. Can I retrofit a w205 steering wheel with 12 buttons ?
2. I found in ebay a wheel trim with 12 buttons, for the type of wheel in my car (its a four legged wheel center), but i dont know if it would fit. Would it ?
Would really appreciate your experience with the situation.
