Electronics faulty when driving after startup

Electronics faulty when driving after startup
Hi guys,
experiencing a really weird issue recently.
startup the vehicle, as i start to drive, all the electronics seems to fail or seems like it for a few seconds and car drives normal thereafter. so example of what do i mean.
the dashboard light flicker and all sorts of randoms errors displayed.
steering column goes stiff.
lights starts to flicker
all this for a few secons and perfect therafter...
mercedes service thinks it may be the auxilary battery relay but they not certain. auxilary battery was replaced abt a year ago sp that should be good.
any ideas...?
