I'm considering looking for local places that sell used Mercedes parts. The Mercedes shop is asking for too much money, obviously.
There is a computer by the front wheel, connected to the speed sensor - the wires connecting that computer to the speed sensor was all chewed up by rodents which broke a few things due to short circuit. The radio's and the ABS aren't working which is probably linked to the darn computer.
I'm reaching out to this forum to:
see if anyone knows the name of the computer I need.
hear your opinion about buying used parts from recycle yards. Is this the wrong approach to my problem?
