Tube on driver footwell - what is it?

I was messing around a bit (don't ask why) and now I get an error code on the dash (will post back here with the exact one) but I was wondering what the tube in the attached pic is, and that green thing attaches to it.

Thanks

That’s the drivers side knee airbag that you unplugged. You now has an airbag SRS light on that will need to be reset.

I was installing Aftermarket headunit and reverse camera, so routing wires to centre console. And 1) I accidentally knocked of the cover on the green unit and 2) was struggling to put the driver footwell cover back on so not sure what I did... still haven't put it back on - any tips? It's impossible... there is a tracker installed to the OBD port maybe that extra wiring and unit is making it harder to create the space?

Will the steering wheel left and right full lock 5 times reset it?
Best way to check if I broke anything or if it's a non fault error?

bump - anyone know the part number or name of it? Struggling to find replacement part for the green bit which I think is damaged.

edit: found on ebay: https://www.ebay.ie/itm/MERCEDES-A-B...-/254622619393

But what about the coil / wire?

It is bringing up an error code which I can't cancel so something must be broken.
