Tuning box performance

Anybody have experience with using a tuning box? There’s a lot out there but I’m not sure which ones I should avoid, if any.

The two that seem easy to find are VR tuning and Racechip boxes. They both say they increase hp and tq by around 40-50. Not sure how accurate that is.

looking to pick one of these up after some proper maintenance to my car.

Why would you fool crucial information going to the ecu ?

Presumably because he's interested in the performance gains that can be had by doing so. Do you have personal experience with either setup? If so, I'm sure the OP would be interested in hearing it, seeing as that's why they posted.

Tuning boxes , fit for the bin , sensor and ecu fooling , danger boxes .

Ecu software tuning - proper...

I suppose you think K&N filters are most excellent .

Both reach the same end goal and both are equally dangerous if done wrong. One is plug and play and one is permanent.

I’m not looking to compare both options, I’m looking to see if anyone can recommend a company that does tuning boxes.

I can see you’re flat out against tuning boxes
