245-45-18? Will there be problems?
So I have a 2013 c350 and the front tires are just way too low profile. The ride is harsh and I was wondering if a 245 45 18 tire would fit on my 18x7.5 AMG wheels and if so would I have any problems besides speedometer accuracy?

Based on the suspension im not sure how much of a difference that will make. I have the same car as you do. 2013 C350 Coupe.

Key dimension is tire diameter ... front has to be <= OEM dia or the tire will not fit beneath the spring perch.
