W204 Turbo Whining/Metal Friction Sound
Hello everyone,
I have a W204 220 CDI - 2012 with around 110,000 miles on it but it recently is giving me a strange noise and from the location, it seems like it comes from the Turbo.
It is kind of whining/metal friction sound coming from the upper, left side of the engine and it starts when I rev the car at around 2500-3000 RPM.
All the oil and filter are changed in time, even though recently I discovered a small Transmission Oil Leaked and quickly fixed it in time.
Is the turbo going to fail? Do I need a new turbo? Any suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thanks
