Wash-wipe and headlamp main beam intermittently inopp

Hi all.
I have a W204 2008 C 320 elegance.
The wash-wipe and headlamp main beam functions intermittently stop working.
Diagnostic tester logged a fault with steering column control module which does not delete.

Any suggestions please?
