Light bulb question
I'm looking to upgrade the puddle lights in my 2015 C350 Coupe to LED. DO I need bulbs with built in resisters? I don't want the car telling me the bulbs are out.
How about the bulbs in the interior? dome lights (Front and Back), map lights, vanity, etc.
What bulbs do you recommend to get a pure white light? I have used AZN Optics LEDs with the resisters on my previous coupe but think I needlessly spent more money than I needed to and am trying to save for a garage for this new car.

I bought some cheap LED bulbs, description does not say they have built-in resistors. I installed them with no error messages, only the backup lights saying light bulb out. So I put resistors in parallel and no more errors. I replaced tow high beam headlight with cheap LEDs, no error message. Also tried replacing low beam with LEDs, no error message. I haven't decided LED for low beam so they are still halogen bulbs now.

I was looking on Amazon for LED T10 wedge bulbs. I found a bunch of bulbs in large sets that claim to be Chipset LED. Some sets contain enough bulbs to swap out all the interior bulbs with white LEDs. I've noticed that these bulbs are from unknown manufacturers and are cheaply priced. Do I trust them to be as reliable as bulbs from Philips or AZN optics? Does "You get what you pay for" exist here?

Yes. This is a w204 coupe. The 2015 C350 coupe is the last year of the W204 Coupe. The coupe followed the W205 sedan which began production in 2015 as a new model for 2016.
