Rear Main Seal leak

I have a 2014 C250 with 35k miles I purchased as a CPO four years ago. The rear main seal is now leaking. Any thoughts? Not very many miles for something like that to happen. Best repair options? Anyone recommend BARS Concentrated Rear Main Seal Repair Fluid?

To be honest does not look too bad, personally I would give it a clean down and monitor it at next oil change once it drips on the garage floor is my cut off point defiantly get it fixed.

Thanks very much. You are correct it is not dripping on the garage floor yet. I will monitor it.
