Hi

I have a w204 automatic, I've been having issues with the gear changes not being as smooth and often the revs appear to jump when accelerating rather roughly. What could be causing this? I had the transmission fluid changed which provided some temporary relief but problem has since returned.

Thanks

Welcome to the forums. First of all, let us know what year and engine your car has and how many miles/km it's got. And how many miles/km ago did you change the transmission fluid?

If there are no check engine light that is on, your next step would be to get the car professionally scanned for error codes to see if the transmission control unit is spitting out any error codes. This will help us diagnose properly rather than throw parts at the car and waste money.
