Mercedes Benz 2012 C250 4matic
2012 c250 v6, how much power?

So I recently got my 2012 c250 4matic and it’s a V6, and I’ve heard that in the US most of the cars of this model have a 4 cylinder turbo, so whenever I try to see the specs about my car, I don’t know if it’s the same ones as the 4 cylender one. Are the specs the same thing, and if not what are the specs for my model??
thank you

Run your VIN through a Mercedes VIN decoder or post it here.

Where are you located? Different regions of the world got different specs for the W204 over the years, and even with the same engines the model was labelled different in different markets.

Good ol' Wikipedia says the 2.5L V6 was offered in the W204 as the C230 - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercedes-Benz_M272_engine - "W204 C230 (renamed C250 in 2010)". So that implies to me that it was called C230 initially, then changed to C250 in 2010. The W204 page - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Merced...(W204)#Engines - says the C230 was called the C250 in the Japanese and Canadian markets, but doesn't list any model years. As far as I know, the US market never had the C230, and the C250 was introduced in 2012 (I think?) with the turbo I4.

What specs are you trying to learn? The Wikipedia pages show the engine specs, but that may not be the specs you're trying to figure out.
