Ac cooling intermittent
Hello,
i have 2012 mercedes. My ac works only in morning. After about 30 minutes it blows warm air
i
changed condenser, compressor selenoid, and then a new compressor and still have same issue.
i have no clogs in system or metal shavings.
Is there a possibility that the auto repair put inappropriate compressor oil that is making the issue, or the ac service machine is filling my system with rubbish refrigerant.

Assuming your charge level is good and all sensors are working properly to allow compressor to turn on, a good place to look is low side suction line to compressor.
Hook some gauges up and check pressures with ac on. If the low side stays up around 60 or higher chances are the liner on the suction line is separating.
Can remove line and bore scope to make sure.

Here are my readings
i do not have a leak at all.
this is after extracting freon performing vacuum and then adding back refrigerant.

I would drop the pressure down to 2 bar and try that, mine would not work when it was hot just blow warm air intermittently by lowing the pressure slightly it solve the issue.
