Angry Coolant leak back of the engine

Hi, can someone help me find the source of this leak?
This is a 2012 MB C250 1.8L Sport-Sedan, about 4 weeks ago I started to smell burnt coolant when I parked the car after a drive, a few days after I got a warning on the dashboard about low coolant so I refilled with around 5 to 8 ounces of new coolant, the warning go away the smell stay, about a week later the warning came back did the same thing like 3 times now, didn't see any leak from the top.
I finally lifted the car remove the under cover and saw the leak, it falls right on top of the transmission only when the car is running, I cant see exactly from where since the space between the engine and the firewall is very small, I got my phone in there somehow and got this video but I still don't know where to start.
If I could see a picture of how the engine looks like on the back maybe i can figure out what's the more likely source of the leak since I have no idea what's back there.

I can't upload the video directly but here is a link to it on YouTube:

Took me a while to figure this out as I have the same leak. The plastic pipe/tube it's beading from is the problem. It may have a small crack along the tube or where it connects. Fairly inexpensive. See link below.

Hey @joe305 , that is the coolant pipe that runs to the oil filter housing and goes the block on the passenger side.

I am not sure you'll be able to replace that without removing the oil filter housing. Among other parts on the back side of the engine.

I have not had to replace that pipe but I got lucky and did not break it when I did my oil filter housing when my OFH gasket was leaking.

I have the same issue with this leak and its coming from the same hose. Its leaking from the seam. It's a common issue for the C-Class. You can purchase it at the dealership for $25. Price might vary on your location. Part number is A2712002352. If you want to get it done at the dealership. Be aware that parts and labor will cost you about $3000. I remember i was getting charged between $2000 to $2800 just to replace the high pressure fuel pump. Heres the thing about getting to that coolant hose. It sits right underneath the high pressure fuel pump. The reason for that $3000 price is because they will tell you that you might have to pay for parts that are worn out and needs to be replaced. That includes the torque bolts for the intake manifold that needs to be removed to be able to get to the high pressure fuel pump which also needs to be removed. I will be posting a video on how to get this job done. Please check out my YouTube page whenever you get the chance. Also, please subscribe as i work on different cars and not just my Mercedes C204 coupe. Hope this helps.
