2011 c300 high beam flickering

2011 c300 high beam flickering
Hey All,
I recently got a 2011 c300 and I'm having a couple issues and hoping someone here can give me some insight.
When driving with my high beams on in both automatic and manually turned on the high beams will flicker a couple times a second. Also the blue high beam icon on the dash will flicker with the lights themselves. This also might be related but the illuminated buttons on the steering wheels also flicker but not the ones on the center console with the radio. I am wondering if anyone can give me a place to start to figure out why this is happening. The low beam lights work perfectly. I checked fuses but since they work sometimes I figured it wouldn't be the issue.
lastly, when I turn on the car, I have a warning ESC is inoperative and cruise control is inoperable but I would assume that the 2 systems are independent of each other.
