Oil leak from intake manifold ?

Model: 2011 C350 4matic
Engine: M272 3.5L

So I was cleaning the MAF and doing routine maintenance check, I noticed traces of oil leaks in the back of the engine. From the looks of it, the leak is seeping from the intake manifold. The area where the injectors sit is oily on the passenger side. Perhaps a minor leak from the oil cover as well.
Below are some pics; I included a reference picture (left) of the rear of the engine to help visualize/locate area in question.

No CEL. No observable oil consumption. No loss of power. Just oil seeping. Has anyone experience something similar? Possible quick fix?

Curious as to why the engine is out of the car?
That level of oil seep, I think, would be considered normal operating conditions.

The image on the left is not my engine, just a reference pic from Google to help visualize the location of the oil seepage. It's hard to take a good picture from the rear of the engine.

As for the level of oil seepage: what concerns me is that the seepage goes all the way to the bottom of the engine.

Oh, silly me. Sorry.

That level of oil leak will need to be fixed. It will only get worse. I don't have experience with the M272, but both my M112 V6 engines leaked from the valve covers, one profusely. I would check there first. It eventually got to the point where oil overflowed the drip pans and leaked onto the street [very unacceptable]. Oil consumption never became a problem, but a little oil goes a long way.

The valve covers are not really a problem on the 272. The cam plugs are, but that doesn't seem to be the OP's problem if the pics on the right are of the actual car.

Yeah it's not the cam plugs, nor the valve cover: I thoroughly checked around the seam and it's dry all around. It is increasingly likely that the intake manifold is the culprit. The injectors on the passenger side are all oily. Conversely, everything on the driver side is bone dry -- not a hint of a single oil drop.

The highest point where said oil leak can be observed is on the 2 torx screws indicated by the red arrows in the reference picture below:

Not sure if it's possible to leak from there. The intake is constructed from 2 pieces of aluminum cast bolted together. I'm wondering if my intake manifold has a bad seal between the 2 parts.

I found this video of a guy tearing down his intake and you can see the gasket/seal I'm referring to:

Anyhow, I will be removing the intake tomorrow to get a closer look and will update and provide more pics.

Clean and see if its not just residual oil before you remove the manifold for nothing

The oil leak from PCV valve. You should replace 2 vales A2720160134 and A2720100631.

Did you ever figure out what the culprit was? I am having the exact same issue, I cant find much info online.
