(1) You've posted in the W204 forum; the W204 was the '08-14 C-class. Your '21 is not a W204, so I'm not sure how you ended up here.
(2) Without knowing where you and the car are, it's impossible for any of us to tell you if your car will be OK in the winter on summer tires. The fact that you're asking leads me to believe that you're somewhere that gets actual winter weather, but I I could be wrong.
(3) You can find good tires at a tire shop, either in person or online.
