I Need a help. I want to connect wires directly without Plug. Anyone knows how can i match the colors?

 

Are all 3 of the wires coming down from the top of your picture black? It's hard to tell if they're actually black, or if they're just dirty.

If they're all black, then wrap a piece of tape around each one and write the corresponding color on it. Or use colored zip-ties. Or tie a piece string around each one - 1 knot = yellow, 2 knots = pink, etc. There are plenty of ways you could mark the wires so you can match them up to the other side of the connector.

 

1 is brown, 2 is gray/white 3 is black/red and how can i match pink, yellow and green?

 

In your picture, they're still plugged together. Write down on a piece of paper which colors match up when they're plugged together, then cut the broken plug off and wire the matching pairs together.
