Blower Motor problem
I have a 2012 C300. The blower randomly works, then doesn't work after start up. Sometimes when I start, it works fine. Other times I have no blower. Then next start up it is fine. If it works on start up, it stays working. If it doesn't work on start up, it won't go on. Is there a reset or something? What could cause this kind of problem? Thanks.

2008 C300 Sport
It's likely the fan motor itself. If it doesn't come on at startup give a sharp hit on the dash above the glovebox. Works for me.
