yes.. you can... go into your engineering menu ( press 1 , #, end call simultaneously ). scroll down to H/W settings where you can activate your rear view camera (I used SCVR) . then you need to add a camera/video input to the back of your radio. the rear view camera is activated with reverse gear.
I have not installed the camera yet. When I activate reverse, my screen is black with message to verify background view. waiting to find time to install the hardware.

Rear view camera connetion
activate the rearview camera in systems menu. When reverse is active, Comand screen will be black, as no video signal is connected to radio.
in the back of the radio (youtube has many videos how to remove the radio) is a green Fakra input. I used a fakra-RCA cable converter, purchased a rear view camera. Run the wires on the back/behind the trunk cover (5 minute to remove). connect camera power to backup lights and yello video cable to the fakra cable in front.

My 11 year old DIY camera went dead so I bought another better camera and installed. Maybe it was only me that I started using backup light to power the camera, but it showed three horizontal lines across the screen slowly rolling. then I connected power to fuse 71 in the trunk on right side. Result was very clear and stable image.
By the way, the 11 year old camera was cheap, under $20 including shipping. S/N was about 40 dB if I remember correctly. At night the image was noisy, small snow flakes all over the screen. The new camera just installed has S/N 48 dB, it has no snow flakes at all super clear image, 170 degree viewing angle larger than the previous one so image has some optical distortion but not too bad.

@C300CA what new camera did you get. my older one is just a white screen nowdays, but will randomly show picture. i'm planning to replace it in the spring.
