After changing the driver side door handle on my c300 the cable that is connected to the handle appear to be to long,and wont open the door from the inside,what can i do to remedy my situation without having to break the bank

Did you remember to clip the cable back into the retainer on the door panel? I forgot to do this a couple of weeks ago when I changed out the door handle and had to pop the door card off again.
