what do you mean why? Because the oe manufacturer most likely sells them under the own brand name as well as significant discount compared to mercedes branded versions. No reason to have the middle man.

Arte you sure nissens is the oem radiator manufacturer or are you making that assumption because fcp put the kit together using a nissens radiator?

Just so everyone knows valeo is the oem manuacturer for non-pzev and for pzev models its nissens. Difference is a glued on sensor spot for the radiator.
