Transmission problem question

Hello all
I have a 2010 w204 kompressor 1.8
It has 722695 transmission.
My problem is bumping/kicking at 2nd gear.
I mostly drive my card at comfort mode. I have AMG menu installed so able to see which gear is in use.
The problem is, even indicator shows 2nd gear, when car starts to move, it somekind of changing gear as it is shifting up from 1st to 2nd even the indicator showing 2nd gear.
And meanwhile sometimes it shifts so fast as it feels like releasing the clutch suddenly.
RPM drops down about 400-500 rpm but indicator still shows 2nd gear.

I tested on sports mode and that time it shows 1st
I wonder if this behavior is normal or not?
I asked my mechanic for transmission adaptation for cold and hot , and the problem seems gone for a few days and started back.

Does anybody have any comment on this?

Regards

Comfort mode starts in 2nd gear
Sports mode starts in 1st gear

Yes that's what I see on the gauge also.
But I can notice a shift change even it displays 2 on the gauge.

Don’t known the temperature where you live. If the temperature is low, it will start in 1st even in comfort mode until the transmission warms a bit.

Yes, the trans indicator showing 1st on some cases, when moving uphill or on cold weathers but the problem I mentioned is happening while it is at 2nd gear.
On cold weathers more often for sure.

I searched the forum and saw a few similar (probably same) problems.
Most of them solved by replacing TCC/PWM solenoid, and some updating transmission software.

I will try both solutions
