Starting issue
So my car has been doing this for maybe the passed month or so now and I just can't figure out what's exactly wrong with it. Every time I go to start the car it tries to turn over for a lot longer than it should almost like I have a dead battery. The car does start every time thank god but its really embarrassing because people always say "I thought you were going to need a jump!". I replaced the battery with a brand new one and replaced the starter so far, I also ran my OBD reader and there seem to be no codes? There's no illuminated light on my dash either. My next step would be to replace the alternator but I wanna know 100% if that is the issue before I throw more money at it ya know. its a 2012 c250 Sport (facelift) 120,000 miles. has anyone else had this same or similar issue?

With no codes, it’s really uncertain. Spark plugs? Coils? Crankshaft position sensor? Camshaft position sensors? ECU? Camshaft adjusters? Injectors? Some other fuel delivery problem?
There are many posts on this forum about all of those. Search crankshaft position sensor first, then camshaft adjusters because both of those failures start this way.
