A/C works sometimes

My 2012 c250 turbo evo has an A/C issue. 114K miles, the blower sometimes works and sometimes does not. Unpredictable, but when it works it does blow cold air. I tried to press all the A/C buttons but was not successful. I do not know whether the compressor, the blower sensor, or the blower itself. How to narrow down the possibilities? The lights on the buttons and the screen works fine

Have the shop remove the gas and recharge with correct amount by weight, the problem is it has too much gas and that is what causes most intermittent not working on hot days after sitting.
I dont know what the amount is you will have to do some homework on that.

There should be a label in the engine compartment that states the amount of refrigerant the system holds. I'll check mine tomorrow and post a picture.

I have not had a chance to look into the suggested comment on the issue but does the code below have to do anything with it?
