Blower fan problem, won’t stop running
Got a problem with the blower fan, I can’t shut it off. The panel works, all controls exept speed control.
even when I turn the car fully off the fan keeps running, have to pull a cabel from battery now.
can it be the resistor failing?

Check to see if you have any water leaking into the car after rain or a car wash. Feel the carpet and even pull it up to check for water in the floorboard. Phantom problems can be caused by water leaking into the car, wicking up the wires to the electronics that control stuff. Once that happens, you need to find the leak and fix it, and find the corrupted component and replace it. Not sure what year your car is, but some insurance companies will total a car with "flood" damage rather than forever trying to fix it. Be forewarned, if you do file a claim for water damage, it may go on record that the car is flood damaged and effectively zeros out its value.
