Help! Vibration+ Rumble uphill detailed

2010 C300 4matic.
190 000km

6 Months ago ish all the Xmas tree came in my dash. Took about 2 months to get it fixed by replacing my Yaw rate sensor with a used one. Plugged and play lights went off. No coding/calibration or anything else was involved.

ALSO within the pass 3 months ish , a more or less subtle vibration from ~2200 rpm . As soon as I release gas it goes away.

2 weeks ago I decided to replace the transmission mount.
Also within the same time frame, upon going uphill the vibration become big vibration/rumble.

I'm not sure if it's my imagination but I believe that
When going reverse a clunk came from underneath.(but only twice).

I bought the car used at 170000km and I have no track of previous maintenance. For 20 000km everything seemed going smoothly

I Highly doubt since it's only while pushing gas pedal.
Let's say I accelerate , from 1800 rpm, at 2200 vibration starts, then (ei) I keep accelerate up to 3000rpm vibration still going.
Then if I release gas pedal even at 3000rpm the vibration stops. Until I rev up to 2200rpm

Check the driveshaft (propeller shaft) center support bearing and the front & rear rubber flex couplings. From your description I would suspect the center support bearing.

First of, I truly appreciate.
Now what should I check for? Broken/ loosen bolts, bent flanges, cracked rubber?
BTW I forgot to mention that icarsoft as no codes.

The center support is a metal bracket with the bearing held in suspension with a rubber sleeve. This rubber sleeve between the bracket and the bearing can tear and the bearing can move up and down and vibrate against the metal bracket. The flex coupling at either end of the driveshaft (propeller shaft) connects to the transmission output flange at one end and the rear differential at the other end. These cushion the torque changes. Over time these rubber discs can develop cracks or tears. There are probably no codes as this is strictly a mechanical issue.
