C250 Engine Mounts
Hello. Has anyone replaced their original front engine mounts (2013 C250)? I've just crossed over 120k miles. This car has been meticulously serviced since new, and everything that has needed replacement, updating, etc. has been done on-time and with OE parts. The two front engine mounts however have never been replaced. Since I have owned the car for so long, I don't know if anything feels differently or not. I've done the "put car in drive, hold brake rev engine, put car in reverse hold brake rev engine" test, and the engine moves up/down very little. Opinions on whether or not they should be replaced at this mileage / age?

If you have an issue with the engine/gearbox mounts you will hear/feel vibration in the car when you go into drive/reverse at idle.
If there is no vibration they are fine.
If there is no vibration they are fine.

Don't replace engine mounts based on time. There is a lot of vibration in the passenger compartment especially at idle and at low speed when they go bad. I've never had MB engine mounts fail at less than 95k miles and some have lasted >185k.

Thanks for the replies everyone.There is literally NO noticeable vibration in drive or reverse, so guess they are still doing what they are supposed to.
