Hello as my first post here i unfortunately have some bad news
My 2013 c300 sport 4matic has a rotted out rear subframe
i remember reading that a w212 rear subframe will also fit on w204's is this true?
also is there any difference between 4wd and 2wd subframes for the rear?
additionally are there any trick/tips i can use to help the changing process go more smooth? im already aware of putting a piece of wood under the diff when tightening the suspension bolts

Im located within the U.S unfortunately MB is too cheap to extend the recall here
I called a dealer asking for a frame it would be $1550 with them being backordered
MB UK is replacing W204 rear subframes FOC.

Hi Alec, sorry to hijack this thread but, I seen your post of MB UK replacing W204 rear subframes, I have just recently received the bad news from my local garage whilst they were carrying out a service that mine is badly corroded hence why the car is swerving to the left when I’m braking! Could you recommend which decent dealerships to take this too please? I’m based in the north east of England. Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks
