Desperate audio and ac help please

2009 C63. HK upgraded stereoZ original radio had Bluetooth calls but no music. So I decided to add a plug and play Android unit.

When re-assembling everything I found this plug and connector: (https://imgur.com/a/kKKNSSc). When I plug them together fuse 11 under the hood command stop working. I also noticed the command control know store working.

I now have no Bluetooth. In the OEM Mbw Bluetooth I cannot connect my
phone. In the Android screen is says the network is not connected:

when I leave it disconnected it seems to kinda work. The command know works when pushed left right up down and the buttons work but thrning the knob does nothing

tbe AC blower motor is also doing NOTHING at all. Heat or AC.

now I’m stumped and I desperate need of some help/

i checked all the fuses

It seems as though the “plug and play” Android adapter messed things up.
Double check the wiring. When that plug is connected to the unit it should not blow a fuse.
Do you have access to a scanner that can read all system codes? That may help to isolate the problems.

alright so I got everything working again last night. Not sure what was wrong but it’s fixed now. I checked all connections I’m assuming something was loose.

I still cannot figure out that extra plug.

Excellent!
Success is a combination of skill, perseverance, and a little luck.
With everything working, I suggest that you leave the “extra” plug alone.
