Engine start initial Tapping Sound and disappeared

Engine start initial Tapping Sound and disappeared
Hi All

recently observed at start the initial tapping sound like engine is going to stop. Than it’s all ok.
it 3-4 times and I parked my car.

attached is sound video. The mechanic says it is half engine repair. Attached part picture from other engine as an example.

any help on this .
