Help please

Could anyone please tell me what this hose is called and where it is connected. It runs from the intake manifold( has the red connector)but I don't know where it ends. After driving 5-10mins check engine light comes on and car acts like it is going to stall.

Does anyone know what hose this is. Connects to the intake manifold. Has the red connector.

Hose is connected to the intake manifold, has a crack and needs replacing, but don't know where the hose runs to or the name.

Has a crack and needs to be replaced, but not sure what the hose is called or where it goes.

Both hose

Bottom hose, can locate part number

(1) What year and engine are you working on?
(2) Maybe others can figure out where you're looking based on the pics you posted, but I can't. Back up / zoom out the picture so we have a better idea of where the hose is located.
(3) For future reference, starting a thread with a title of "Help please" is not the best way to get help. Use a descriptive thread title, like "Help identify broken hose on 2012 C300 intake" so that people browsing the forum will have an idea what the thread is about and can quickly judge whether it's something they know/care about, thus will be more likely to click on your thread and reply.

From the pictures it looks like an M271. I’ll check mine and see if I can get a part number.

I think that’s the A.I.R. pump purge line.

Any wagers on whether or not they'll ever log back into the site to see your response? They haven't logged in since the created this thread.

I noticed that when I posted the second reply. Oh well. I tried and didn't waste much time doing it. They practically had the answer with all the photos.
