Maybe......The front driver's side fuse box rests right below the front wiper shaft rubber seal part of the plastic cowling. It is notorious for tearing and allowing water from rain, washing to dribble down rear end of that fuse box and collect under it, corroding connections.

Visually inspect that seal area around the driver's wiper shaft for tears...if present, remove the fuse box (do a Google Search) and clean with electronics cleaner spray and stiff bristled tooth brush the electrical connections...would remove
all the fuses/relays and inspect/clean them.

visual inspection of wiper shaft seal OK..?...a led flashlight under the cowling area will help. If you see a collection of around the shaft. the cowl drain (that grid like area to the far driver's side of the cowling may be blocked (a sample of water poured down this area should come out behind the driver's tire or you might see dribbles on the fuse box area or right behind it.

If you want to inspect, and seal the area, take off the driver's wiper arm to access this area...clean seal and surround area with brake cleaner meticulously then apply Black silicon RTV to entire area. I had the same problem..this method used and 2 years later, no leakage. Still leaves you inspecting the underside of the front fuse box as noted above.
